No cleaning fee. Rental rates quoted in US Dollars. Reservations including major holidays require a three-night minimum stay. Weekend stay is from Friday 3PM to Sunday 11AM. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. Reservations are 'first come, first served' based upon receipt of the rental deposit.

Reservations: To reserve the condo, please call one of the numbers above with the following information ready: the nights you wish to reserve, your name, email address, residence address, your home phone number, cell phone number to use during the stay, drivers license state and number, and the number of adults and number of children in your party. We will give you an estimate over the phone of the full charge and then email you a rental agreement for you to sign and fax back, an invoice, and general information.

We confirm a reservation after we have received the signed contract, 50% of invoiced amount and the 50% balance due 30 days before arrival. The full charge does include sales tax and hotel tax. In addition to major credit cards we accept payment by check if it can be cleared before your stay.

A few days before your start date we will email you from Owner at VacationAtOneEleven dot com essential door lock code, guest login ID, and other important information.

Important Notes: The condominium homeowners association does not allow trailers or boats to be parked in the parking area. Please call us if trailer/boat parking needs to be found in the Lakeway area.

The homeowners association has an enforced towing policy so we provide guest parking permits to you and they have to be returned..

Please note that unfortunately the condo is not suitable for wheel chairs or guests having difficulty stepping up or down. We have a non-smoking policy for within the condo. Pets are not allowed, sorry.
