From the parking lot directly in front of our 1700+ square foot condo you will walk across a short wooden bridge and down a few steps to a front patio and the front door. The front has a eastern exposure and the dining room on the first floor and the master bedroom on the second floor look out to that exposure. Here is the floor plan. The Living Room with its cabled 47" HD TV, the Kitchen with new granite tile counters and appliances, the king size beds, the twin beds, the dining room, the patio, and the Rough Hollow subdivision facade. Not shown in photos is the laundry room with washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, detergent, and so on.
From a sliding door in the kitchen, walk outside to a covered area with a counter and cupboards. The patio with a charcoal grill is down two steps. The patio faces two tennis courts. The courts do not get that much use so it is pretty quiet and peaceful on the patio.
