has a 42" HDTV mounted above the fireplace. Broadband via cable modem and Wi-Fi wireless access secured with "WPA2-Personal" security protocol (the SSID is not broadcast) on the LinkSys router. Available for your use, is a wireless netbook with a printer connected to it. It is not real fast but is suitable for email and light surfing. On that netbook you will find instructions, etc. for the TV and other devices in the condo. You can of course use your own laptop connected via either an ether cable which you would have to provide or wirelessly.
Our security system is active when you first enter the property and you may continue to use it if you wish. There is a remote control for the security system called a 'fob' which makes it easy to use the system. However if you lose the fob you will be charged for a new fob and security service call.
The laundry room has a vacuum cleaner, washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, and clothes drying rack. There is a children's table and two chairs; an adjustable portable gate to keep toddlers off the stairs. There is also a large cooler and two additional collapsible lawn chairs stored in the laundry room.
The City of Lakeway Swim Center, skateboard area, and volley ball sand lot is located on the other side of a tree lined walkway across the street. There are picnic tables nestled in the trees.
